Physical Product

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products under the following circumstances:

  • If you do not receive your items within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days, excluding 2-5 day processing).
  • If you receive the wrong item.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the non-delivery is due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • If the non-delivery is due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs clearance delays, natural disasters).

Unsuccessful Download: If you encounter technical issues while downloading the digital product and our support team is unable to assist you in resolving the problem.

Corrupted File: If the downloaded digital product is corrupted and cannot be accessed or used.

Non-Delivery: If you have not received the download link or access to the purchased digital product within 48 hours of completing your order.

Dissatisfaction with Product: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality or content of the digital product and can provide valid reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Please note that in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 3 days of the purchase date. Additionally, we may require proof or evidence to support your refund claim.
